thanks guys!.. im taking my car too the insruance guys 2moro in the morning so they can fix it.
i hope it doesnt take more the 1-2wks.. really need my baby back :D
I have similar accident with my brand new corolla. Please take the spare tyre out to check whether the boot has bented. My spare tyre compartment is bit upside down. If so, some welding work is required and this will left permanent weld scar. I have fixed the car for $4500 which is crazy (the insurance companies pay for it). My car has no second hand component because it is too new and everything is from Toyota

You're aware Street Commodores printed a retraction in one of their following issues about that oil test as the test they used is meant for testing grease and not oil? There's tons of info out there shooting down that article explaining why it's not an appropriate test to show the quality of engine oils.
Can you provide more details? Where can I find those articles.

and please remember to read the pdf in http://www.royalpurple.com.au/article_images/oil_test_article.pdf?ptl=hot_rod_article.php?ptl=articles_oil_supplement.php (Right click, save as target) , Most of the bands failed to protected the engine in high pressure except Royal purple. It can truly protect the engine, i have no information on nulon

I have asked for a price quote for a full suspension set for 2 different dealers, one in hurtsville, one in castle hill.
The one in hurstville comes with
TRD shocks $1298.00
TRD springs $885.50
TRD sway bar $830.50
total of $3014.00 inc GST
The one in castle hill comes with
TRD suspension kit $1100 shock set $745.00 spring set $650.00 sway bar set
total 2495
However, the Official TRD web site only costs around 1700 AUD. (130000 Yen)

Should I order the part myself and ask someone else to install for me?
Please advise

Just a few days, and the bird poo leaves scar on the paint protection. I thought the paint protection will protect from bird poo, but it is not,.
In XPack, they have a paint spot bottle, and a high gloss bottle.. The instruction there is not very clear. Could someone else teach me how to remove bird poo scar on top of paint protection surface, my car is just 2 months ago.
I am not sure whether I should bring this to warranty, since they told me the paint protection will protect from bird poo, but it is not...

I have a 2010 Corolla, The original suspension is too high.
I am considering changing to the TRD ones. They have a suspension kit for corolla.
How much does it cost and are they good?
Any alternatives to those things?
Fold-back mirrors when engine off
in Corolla / Corolla Sportivo Club

They introduce it because Mazda 3 got it. I am bit suprised Toyota has it, provided that it is stingy on these features...Combined with Rear manaul windows, the corolla is a mixed of old stuff and new stuff.
I love the side mirros folding especially in parking very narrow space in parking because I can fold the mirror so that it won't hit the pole of the wall!!
