Congrats focus, im goin in to the osb park pedders on monday to go mooore low, and for camber bolts :):)

Adamsy; im running mine at 8 front and 6 back for day driving. Will crank to about 18 front And 15 rear if im in the mood for a drive...

ha ha Davo.....how low can yu go? Have you had any rub issues atall? expect any?

Nice focus, welcome to the coilovers club. I have mine installed from osb park too, running at 18 front and 16 rear for everyday driving. Shame that I have rubbing on all 4 corners and worse, I've started hearing some knocking and squeaking noise..they really annoy me...

I will have my tyres replaced and have booked in for alignment/inspection next week, hopefully they can sort everything out this time.

thats a bummer mslun...hope it gets sorted for yu....let me know how it go's so I know what to keep an eye/ear on cheers

Congrats on the mod, there great i love mine too, just out of interest what setting to you run for every day driving and for when you're having a crack? Also do you know if they left the spring position alone or did they wind them up or down a bit?

thanks Mat. After playing around abit i prefer 8 clicks from full hard,have noticed a firm ride but real solid plant to the road so that is what i prefer.

I don't know if the spring posi was played with but when i took her back for the final check the boys made a 5mm adjustment up on the front drivers side wheel.

After the original fitting i was left with a fistful of nuts n bolts lol

now i drive away from big holes n ******* on the roadways as much as possible ( white liner now ;p) seems the faster i go over irregularities the smoother it seems.

UPDATE just went back to pedders for them to look see adjust the job they did.....all good

it's now been over 2 weeks and i couldn't be happier with the coilovers,no rubbing or scrubbing on my regular travels.

i recommend this mod :D

mate welcome to the forums your car is coming along nicely love the white, (dont notice the dirt as much lol ) keep the mods coming and be careful lowering it too much or you will have probs for sure

Ha well there you go - mine was a dealer demo, so not the colour I had in my head at all, but came along at the right time at the right price :) Though if someone had of said before I bought it that my next car would be gold I'd probably have said they were crazy! I love it now though :D

The appliance look can work quite well though, I'm not a big fan of white cars but it actually works on the Aurion, especially with a few additions :D The wheels are the biggest change, goes from something somewhat ordinary looking to something spectacular, plus if they are clean they look fabulous too!

Any more future plans? How are you finding the Pedders coilovers as your daily driver?

Ive been driving on the coils for a week now....no probs just a firm ride that i'm trying to get used to.

will give it another week then may play with the settings and also see what the boys at Pedders reckon...just concerned about the long term ride effects on anything that may come loose lol...the best mod i've done i reckon thou cheers!

All up blu illumination n front scuff plates cost me 539.50 at me toy dealer.

I saved up and i'm happy with the result.

I figure i've got comeback if something go's wrong and receipts come in handy

She has new Pedders Extreme coilovers and camber kits from the boys at Pedders Osi Park WA :D

I know about the costs but atleast my update came with spoiler.

Will be getting the clear tail light covers soon so $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ there aswell.

ALL DONE! It's fantastic...all credit to Mark n the boys at Pedders Osborne park for fitting extreme xa coilovers and camber kits.

The ride is firm but it drives real well and the service was great on a sat morn. I also got an invite back in a couple of weeks for a checkup.

Couldn't be happier and I'm now looking forward to washing the car n taking a couple of update snaps cheers

Got quoted $690 supplied and fitted and aligned for pedderrs lowered springs, will be getting it done soon. Wishing I could stretch the budget to get coilovers but its not possible at the moment.

I've bitten the bullet and gone the coilovers....I figure it a basic need so bugger it :Dnext on the list is either clear tail lights or exhaust note.....after me credit card recovers that is

Nice choice if you dont mind me asking what did they quote you? Also I think VF-X has a set of clear hybrid tail lights he is trying to sell maybe save a bit of cash there.

it will be around 2 all up...the hybrid taillights have a "tad" of colour in em I think (*******!)if I'm wrong,I prefer the clearest ones

Hi everyone,

I have this wierd thing going on with the CD stacker in my 2010 Touring Aurion. Every so often after starting the car the CD stacker starts clicking and whirring away like it would when you load or unload a disk except that the unit does not have any discs in it.

It doesn't happen all the time and I have never used a CD in it to date. The noise stops after about 10-15 seconds.

Has anyone ever had something similar happen or do I just have a ghost?
