  1. got rid of a set of 16'' multifits of a 92 model honda civic ferio import i worked for the son. they ended up on a 86 tarago.early corolla alloys might fit its just the mater of getting the right pcd and offset. seems strange they couldnt help at bob jane try some of your local wreckers you could also post in the wanted to buy section. good luck.

  2. if you have done all diagnostic tests and all seems ok go back to basics. check electrical connectors, for breaks or damage, has the condition of the exhaust system been checked ie blocked catalic convertor, or muffler system , check all vaccum fittings for condition ie perished hoses ,check all ported vaccum fittings, gheck throttle and choke linkage for ease of movement, is the choke adjusted correctly , or is it damaged

Hi all I am lookingfor some assistance with my sliding door handle. what had happend was the exterior handle broke and so i found a second hand handle which had a cable hanging from it and a bar from the key barrel. A friend of mine said he would show me how to do it, yet he has taken the broken one out and not looked to see where this black cable its to be attatched too. I does anyone have a picture of what a completed door handle and its cables and wiring are suppose to be? I need to get this handle on and woring so i can get it registered asap!! thanks so much for your help in advance!!

  4. g day yoeman check earth connections at back of battery, check continuaty of wiring in steering column common fault for wire to strech or break. have you done a ecd test if not this is how WHITH THE IGNITION OFF BRIDGE TERMINALS E1 AND TE1 WITH A PEICE OF WIRE, ON THE DIAGNOSTIC SOCKET LOCATED UNDER PASSENGERS SEAT. TURN IGNITION TO THE ON POSITION BUT DO NOT START ENGINE COUNT THE FLASH CODES FROM THE LAMP ON THE DASH EXAMPLE 1 FLASH PAUSE 4 FLASHES WOULD BE CODE 14 HOPE THAT HELPS :yahoo:

  5. Hi, I recently bought a '94 Estima Emina with the 2.2 turbo diesel engine. So far, it's been a decent car and it gets much better fuel consumption than the petrol engined Previa (Tarago) that I owned in the States. Does anyone know of a reliable source of parts for these imported cars? It seems mechanics shy away from them and Toyota doesn't want to know.

    g day matey and welcome to the forum ebay uk and ebay newzealand are your best friends. their are dismantled buses all over oz its just the matter of keeping your eyes open certain tarargo parts interchange, ie shocks, stuts, disc rotors specify diamater 3 different size rotors. happy motoring

  6. i have a 92 estima not the same as tarago, but i remove headlight to gain access to blinker assembly. hope that helps you might get access from removing inner gaurd cover good luck.
