  1. Mick the syncros are more than likely fine

Buddy u need a clutch adjustment cause it ain't disengaging properly, or a new clutch !

good point, i didn't think of clutch adjustment.

aren't the 2nd gear syncro's not great on these boxes though? that is what i've been told.

Yeah ive been told there hopeless too, but they usually get worn out pretty quick when people dont do the clutch adjusting and put the right oils and still try slam into 2nd gear at 8000rpm

  2. A complete system comes with the extractors *headers* 2.5" inch system all the way thru with the resonator, tip and all my orignal one is in my garage might put it up for sale tho, and to be honest with you i dont regret a second i spent that money, and yes system well thats next to come for my car its still stock!, But yeh back to the subject i was just as happy as it as i was when i installed the CAI it roars much louder :D and moves alot quicker esp with trd quick shifter i dont even have to worry bout keeping it in lift anymore. goes in easy like a vtec :D

  3. I just got my exhaust and extracters done from liverpool exhaust noticed a big diffrence in power gain, but Meh all ive had is problems with the thing ive had 4 exhaust leaks in 1 month and another one i heard today going back and going to ask for a new one im sick of it, n i wouldnt recommend them alot of people warned me but i thought they were one of the best considering i know the owner and he owns a sportivo himself!

  4. Service yourself its very easy.

I use the castrol edge fully synthetic forgot the numbers i think its 10w-40w not to suree but make sure its completely full synthetic i noticed a big diffrence from the previous oil's i tryed out.

But if you would want to get someone to service it i heard colan bro's in sefton nsw is good but a bit pricey.

  5. I dont have my car with me now to double check but im pretty sure i have 205/65 or 45 on my sportivo rims there fine runs smooth lower profile and wider tyre the tyres on them are bridge stone potenza got them done at bridgestone payed nearly 177 per tyre costed me a total 750 with wheel Alighnent and car runs great its a big amount but my car is smooth as **** and i like it that way :D

  6. As if there compariin wrong car? i prefr a sportivo over a dc2 annyday who cares about the weight, Only advantage type r has is a gearbox on a spotivo whats 100kilos yeh its like one extra blok but i still reacon Lift performs better then vtec at the topper rev's i look at em as competetors simlar to WRX STI and a Evolution Street races dont mean jack**** but it does give a bit of idea of how good of a car goes. But who cares anyway u cant go 70km's on normal rode and on highways 110 no use building or havin a faster ar and no use spending alot of $$$ to drive it for 13-14 secs down a straight road.
