they look very nice jules! i was getting mega lip action after various cruises to destination x. i was eager to replace with slotted rotors for the look and performance but one day i was at toyota and they accepted to replace all 4 rotors under warranty! could not pass up on the free set of rotors and labour. so now i am waiting for this set to wear out until i change to slotted. sadly though by the time these rotors wear out i may be onto another car by then.

jdm equivalent to conquest is called allex which has the 1zz engine
runx has the 2zz engine also found in the sportivo. unlike in australia where there is only one grade of sportivo in jdm they have various grades of runx and the highest being is aerotourer z that is where the "Z" comes from.
more specifically.. the as$ end of the japanese equivilent of a conquest

ausway/auswide the one by the tracks?
average quality but seems to get business from car clubs because of their competitive prices. $60 is good but it sounds odd they can only do 2 sets per day. surely they can do a lot more for easy 2 coats, plus clear and bake

I don't get it, are the stock shocks in the stivo really that crap? lol. because i see on the rexnet and ozhonda forums alot of people upgrade their springs without shocks and they seem to work fine.
they were designed for standard travel and when you lower the travel the shocks wear out faster on any car. you can use the factory shocks but just be prepared that when you operate outside what they were made for they can wear out faster.

does not

how much did you end up paying for these and with installation? do they bolt on or do then need to be modified in some way?

i know someone in melb sportivo using tein coilovers. bangn knows him too. i can find cusco zero 2 for under $2k so i would probably get them since tein would cost more.
-
the thing about coilovers and any kind of stiff suspension setup is that your car can now corner fast and with that you probably go around corners fast because you now can. tyres will wear quicker and if you did not get that wheel alignment it will make the tread run out faster.
