  1. Wow :D Thanks for writing this. :)When I said full I meant filling up the whole 50L tank pretty much to the point where the fuel pump won't spit out anything...hehe :) Most of the time I run the car until the tank is empty (that's only because I want see the best milage I can get out from it). Right now my tank is empty (light indicating) and I've only made 358 kms :( Good you mentioned the ECU and filter because I was actually thinking of them myself. What about the injectors? ...hmmm I've been looking for that Gregory's manual for quite some time... would you happen to have an electronic copy of it? Another small question: Why is it that the car locks after hitting 80 kmph? Before around 78 kmph the engine feels free (the car can actually rev and the meter fluctuates) however after hitting 80kmph it remains stable at just above 2000rpm :( Is this natural? Would this be the 4th gear in play perhaps? It's hard to overtake and feels like the car is crying at this stage :( Thanks again Regards, Camrolla
  2. Your's seems to be fine to me :) Manuals tend to be more fuel efficient than Autos generally. Thanks for your information :D Cheers
  3. Thanks everyone for your help. Have not had time to carry out this modification yet. However I looking forward to complete this once time permits :) Thanks again Much Appreciated
  4. Hi there :D I am quite new to this forum so I'd like to start off by saying Hi :) I have a Toyota Corolla 1996 Sedan. The transmission is Automatic and the engine is the 1.8 4-Cyl. The car has done approximately 178,000 kms B) I've been monitoring the fuel consumption on the car ever since I got it (June 2011 @ 174,000 kms). On a full tank the car will only do about 350 kms. I fear that this is too low for the car?... would you agree with me or perhaps know the reason as to why I am only getting this much out on the full tank? hmmmm I would expect to get more milage The car is always driven with Overdrive on. Thanks a lot for your help Appreciate it :D Regards, Camrolla
  5. Wow! :D That looks like a nicely done job :) I am still waiting to find a pair of stock headlights from wreckers so that I can start the changes. I don't want to try it on the lights which are currently in the car... need them for daily running. Thanks again :D Will keep you posted ;)

  12. Hello All :) I am quite new to this forum so I would like to say Hello first of all :D Just recently I purchased a pair of Halo Headlights for a Toyota Camry 2000 (MCV20R) Here is the car: Initially I thought that this installation will be a simple process with just a matter of replacing the stock headlights and fitting in the new ones. However, the connectors on the Halogen Headlights were different :( These are the stock headlights: There are the newly purchased Halogen headlights: The connectors are different because of the region clash (AUS/USA) I was wondering if you could please tell me the necessary steps I have to take to install the new headlights? :) I want the Halo rings to turn on when I switch on low beam (parking lights) and the entire light to turn on when I switch on regular beam :D Your support will be greatly appreciated! Thank you
