  1. gone to shit? :P oh ok.... well depends on alot of factors. how the new one rates flow against the old one etc. if u havent changed or cleaned for along time. then yes.

im gonna change to a 3A racing pod to see what the go is, hopefully ill know whether or not its back to 600km+ per tank by the end of next week.

  2. that squeak when I depress or let go of the clutch is really annoying. I lubed the spring inside the cabin with WD40 but it does come back after 1 week. anyone know a permanent fix for it?

dont quote me, but from memory im sure its got something to do with the linkages. I had this issue, and then when i took my car for a service at toyota they told me it ended up being something to do with the linkages being loose, or something along those lines.

  3. same clutch dics fits both, sportivo pressure plate has more clamp. The OEM toyota discs have much better dampers than the PBR or Exedy discs that xtreme use.

Oon the aftermarket discs, with "spirited driving" the damper spring retainers eventually snap and the spring falls out jamming the pressure plate so you can't disengage the clutch.

is there any other clutch that you rate over both the OEM and Exedy in the same price range?

  4. are those rims 16's?? they look HOT..

oh nice..if only i could of found a white sportivo before, but it was hard so ended up with a blue one LOL :D

funny you mention that, I wanted a blue facelift but couldnt find any, so I went with white.

want to straight swap? LOL .. nah im going to give my one a full respray when i cbf working on it !

no chance of swapping, as soon as I saw it i fell in love. You'll soon come to realise the sentimental attachment comes when you start modding them. They are a bit of a pain, but well worth it in the end.

  5. I got my headers ported at westside mufflers. It was a rip of a job, they charged me $380 including labor, but they were the recommended exhaust shop to get them done at. The power pick up was pretty good, however im still running a stock catback. In my opinion, just get a catback or intake first, then worry about porting/replacing headers later.

  6. does the CEL come on when your in neutral at the lights or stopped somewhere for 5-15 seconds?

it doesnt come on when im in neutral and stationary (e.g at the lights), it only comes on when im driving and i leave it in neutral going down a hill or just using momentum on a flat road to keep the car going. The CEL comes on after 5-15 seconds and then the car switches off whilst its moving.
