I got gold standing tickets for the Sydney show (9th Feb) with 3 of my mates. Gonna absolutely go off!

There should be a spare group of 3 fuses (all dif colours) in either the engine bay box or under the glovebox fusebox. There should also be a white set of pliers to help remove the small blade fuses, this is in the engine bay fuse box. When i did it i didnt disconnect the battery, but maybe u earthed the wire by accidentaly touching the body too?

Yes the door sills are all Silver with either Red or Blue Corolla written on them which lights up

I have just installed my door sills yesterday! Woo, they look awesome and add to the already silver and red theme in the car. I followed the above instructions pretty much but it is probably a whole lot easier to melt or cut a section of plastic off the wires that are needed to be tapped into rather than cutting the wire completely. this method will help if you have chosen the wrong red/black wire in the rear right door. Not that i did though Some help with the rear right door where there are 3 possible wires in the loom, there is a y section for the loom, cut into the straight section of the y (closest to the back of the car) and there is then only one red/black wire! And i found this wire right next to the Blue/Yellow wire which you need aswell. Here are some picks of the sills.. Very nice.. Goodluck with the installs guys!

Hi, I have just recently got a set of dba slotted rotors aswell as green stuff pads, and they are squeeling on slight touch of the brake pad. One thing though, the place where i got these installed did not use the brake shims, will inserting these fix the noise? The place reckon they never use them but only use the special anti squeel compound??? Any help would be appreciated, TIA

I got the same thing, I pulled half my dash apart trying to find, but sonds like its coming from the airvents or something around the passenger side. Its really anoying when in lift. But yeah I dont think its the gear cables if its from the passenger side then. i tightened that kik panel with the plastic screw where the left foot would be and that seems to stop the noise, but it always come back.I think it gets loose as i drive but not really sure see how you go Could also be your 6 cd disc changer, i think that is what mine is, and they gear selector noise will come in 6k plus, but the radio/air vent rattle comes in round 3k roughly. very hard to pinpoint where the noise is because the noise bounces of everything in the car :S

what would happen if this was too far up out of curiosity? Burn oil? over stress the pump?
