Not the same issue but didnt want to read any CD i thru at it, lucky for me it was 1 month shy from the extended 5 year warranty expiring and the guys at the dealership ordered a new 1 and installed it boy was I suprised they would still replace it. Do u have extended warranty?

Hi Guys, reading from the previous posts.... Im also looking to buy new sets of tyres and was looking around for my budget and finally came to the Falkans ZE 912, 195*55 R16. Any opinions in regard to the Falkans and this specific tyre size as Im a normal driver with a great Stivo 4 a car, would be really apreciated as I dont trust what all the sellers at the tyre shops tell me. Cheers. Also was quoted at 179$ a pop.

thanx guys, I'll check out Fowles website, and yep No insurance, my sister just moved back from Sydney a couple of months back and in all the problems she had and trying to arrange moving here she 4got to pay the insurance :( Airbags were deployed, not sure about the chassis rails (dont see it on the list they gave me, so probably ok then), the rear is intact and it's Silver. I'll post some pics after 3:30pm 2day, thanx again 4 the ideas. :)

Hi everyone, my sister's '05 Levin hatchbk got into a crash at an intersection the other day, and front of the car doesn't look pretty, though the engine is ok, the cops rang the tow truck and got towed to their garage, and got quoted 16900 $ to get if fixed, I know it seems a lot of money( especially 4 my Sister), but does anyone know where I could sell the car for a good price or take the good bits for my Stivo and then flogg it off, the mechanic reckons between 3 and 4 grand. I'll get some pics 2moro to show u all. ps. I'm thinkin of towing it back to my house insted of it stayin at the garage cause they're chargin us 15 or 20 bucks a day 2 keep it there. Any thoughts? Thanx guys.

Samething happened to me at the 10 k service but the damage was to the rear bumper, due to another car reversing to mine , so when I went to pick the car up there was no way they could deny it cause I spotted right then and there ... so they coughed a new rear bumper :P
