pre 85 corolla is 114.3 x 4 centre hold maybe 60mm (same as nissan silvia/180sx/bluebird) after 85 4 x 100 54.1 centre hole

I am just after feedback about aftermarket experince and locations purchased not genuine

anyone purchased a TRD grill and eyelids off ebay ? if not does anyone know where to buy aftermarket items ( Melb)

nah ... found problem one tyre was faulty / defictive .. Glad you've sorted it out :) What exactly was the problem with that faulty tyre? tread pattern was wrong . to the eye it looked okie but the tread was slightly higher on left and right hand outer of tyre and middle was lower you could feel it but not really see it

had 2 days .. starting to get really noisy at low speed like under and at 40 i thought it would go away i thought silica is spose to be quieter

no i just got 2 HaNkook k102 silica and they seem very noisy compared to dunlop and goodyear at low speed

UPDATE ! got bored .. new tyres on front Hankook silica and painted brake's red .. had a tin in house already...

I don't know about changing the whole cluster but if you can get sound sensing LED kit from Jaycar or something the same i amsure you could rig up some LED behind the cluster umm maybe use an Ascent cluster ( not sure if they the same) that has white dials and the sound sensor could maybe under bonnet or exhaust or a motion senser that detects velocity you faster you go the led glows a different colour.. such a great idea . my clarion changes colour and some change colour depending on volume

I got 17x7 with 225/45 on rear .. even fully loaded no chance of rubbing ... havn't put the 225 on the front i am running 215 on front .. no rubbing

seperate by/sell section possibly into Location Vic , NSW , WA , ACT and so on ... eg like spoted section

you could buy these things from ebay USA for 64.95 umm i wouldn't use them what if it falls apart and send stuff through your air intake pipe.. it runs off 12volt and just a fan to force air into air filter

lexus has this pattern/hub on the 300 and 400 you could retrofit these sorry don't know part number would think quite expensive to do aswell if you in australia would have to get it engineered i assume aswell ford same 5x114.3 .. ohh would want ford parts on my toyota ! maybe put on lexus brake package including discs

try them on car first .. stud pattern same but you need to check .. centre hole and the offset might be different and it may rub on your toyota .. just throw a rim on back and try one on front to see clearance HONDA - Accord (-89), Civic, Integra, CRX, Prelude (-91) PCD 4x100 offset should be close to same but centre hold on toyota is 54.1 and honda 56.1 wheel will not sit in the centre you need hub rings to fix honda after 1992 changed to 4x114.3 which is same as nissan

yeah . happy with this for the time and money ... another day if i could be bothered replacing factory setup .. but hell toyota gave me these things i just using them correctly now :)

UPDATE : Went for 1 hour worth of driving lesson ... came back .. Air filter feels like been in fridge Corolla on the rocks !!! ( love sitting in passenger seat enjoying the air intake sound )

I got bored and awaiting my K'N Air filter new from USA ( cheaper than here love the 83c aussie dollar) I decided to mod the intake from Toyota who cleverly placed it next to the radiator I thought why not run the intake upside down and have the air coming in through passenger side fog light hole Guess what . the factory piping is the perfect length to fit ... After removing snorkle and air box and fuse box pulled apartair duct from snorkle at joint gently enough to break glue then i fed the air duct down to behind the fog light hole then put gaffer tape across hole on snorkle where it went to white box .. also tape across top of white box .. will remove this box when i have more time joined everything back together after some fiddling with the position behind fog light had to cut out slit in fog light cover there was one already in bottom added another to top could of been bigger then placed fog light cover back in .. tight fit .. just in case i put a small self tapper screw to stop it coming out reset ecu ..started car .. could feel it sucking cold air straight away .. what a nice sound and then i went for a drive .... Now my car is auto no other mods yet .. but it revs a little harder and sounds like it can breath now $4.00 was just for Gaffer Tape ..45mins to do
