  4. http://www.shoutfile.com/v/Lz8BHkCw/Pimp_M..._Toyota_Corolla
  5. Here for you NON melbourne people watch it here !!! http://www.shoutfile.com/v/Lz8BHkCw/Pimp_M..._Toyota_Corolla
  6. wtf... is this only for melbourne? Melbourne tv guide .. umm i found this episode on the umm share network few weeks ago ....185mb is a bit big to e-mail to you .. Another note: i just got handed a copy of Pimp My ride Game on PS2 .. hehe worth a look and a laugh
  7. Every one wants to be like mike !!! ( willsmith ) well Everyone wishes they had a sedan this HOT... Pimp My Ride do excellent job on these cars ... good when money don't matter ..... .. shame most of the mods are not practicle .... one chevy i saw owned by girl with no job how she gunna afford 22inch tyres when da worn out ......
  8. check www.turbocorolla.com some aussie cars on there ... SR20 powered
  9. I dunno about a kit cause engine wouldn't fit .. mm have to be mounted sideways ... I seen a 3.8ltr V6 in a 1978 corolla ... next time i saw the car was a picture wrapped around a pole :( but engine fitted under bonnet with strut towers modded .. engine / radiator went almost to front bar .. Looked neat inder there ... 5 speed celica gearbox and running gear ( will try to find pics) was a rocket .. but no longer :( but as new corolla think it would be no good... I did find one website in USA they had retrofitted a 2jZE engine from supra into 2003 corolla sedan(us model) remember to enigineer the car would cost $$$$$ most US states laws are VERY flexable not like in Australia.. to put a 351 in an XF falcon will cost you $1200 to get it certified in Vic I reckon and 2ltr AWD corolla supercharged its ***** off would be perfect !!
  10. look at this crazy kid ..... http://videos.streetfire.net/search/coroll...8f8016c71c5.htm had some meat in it for a FWD rolla
  11. I was at exhaust shop the other day ... they had a 2001 rolla fitted with lukey muffler on 2.5 system it sounded really nice with no blow back aswell .... i am definatly thinkin of the same thing for my rolla ... aslong as its not cheap no name imported brand nothing to worry about .. least australian products have design standards and epa standards to live up to.. check some exhaust web sites the have sounds of customers cars on there ...lukey i think or walker ...
  12. yes they should fit ... pulsar 4x100 if the can tell you the offset .. how far they would stick out from the wheel studs .. don't want more than 40 less than 35 or it will rub on either side.. again wiehgt rating of tyres shown in ad is 82 it must me 88 for roadworthy .... unless you get new tyres
  13. All SA built rolla's had problem with pads and disc's .... if you take it back before 50,000kms they will do for free .. after this they have lived up to their part of the deal ..... get it done even if you have no problems now .. Jap built is what i have and now with a change of pads(not genuine toyota) they make a S$itfull noise and no ONE can fix this .. only when the get hot the grind a bit ... Pads almost still new .... Toyota only reason is ..... NOT GENUINE PADS .... What Pads are people running in there 1zze ??? i assume Sportivo's have better brakes ?
  14. I reckon you could make more than $1200 on the wreck .. even if he had it towed to Fowles in Laverton they can run the car through the auction as private sale .. means you pay no GST and you will make some good money on the complete wreck .... Unless you are a good mechanic and can remove all these items and have the time to sell them .. if you sell car as whole people might want to buy ..(eg Panel beater) to fix another car they got .. buy 2 wrecked cars for $10,000 each and sell one complete car for $30,000 BTW .. hope GoHard is okie ... sad to loose a car.. better to keep your life though
  15. Multifit will fit corolla ... it needs to be 4x100 with an offset up to 40 ascent has pattern of 4 x 114.3 35...38 offset 67.0 centre hole corolla has 4x100 35...40offset 54.1 centre hole they will go on but centre hole will be too big so you need Hubrings ... i got mine from USA i have a set that would match a 67mm hole selling if you want can have for $10 plus postage they keep the rim in the centre .. i would not put rim on without them i got wrong size i needed 73mm rings hope this helps ... New tyres .... $100 > depends on brand you want or about $55 second hand with near new tread ( but thats melb) current tyres on it are well below weight/speed rating of 88 for a rolla so you will need new tyres
  16. Love Da sedan .. i am happy that more mod'd sedans .. i can't mod mine that much all me learners would rip those nice skirts off ..... couldn't get a coke can under that car ..... What size tyres you running ?
  17. same interior ... can't wait to get these here in australia ..... soon ...crossing fingers They kick ***** on Aussie sedan which i own and love ..... and the supercharged 1.8 option in USA is very nice Would love to see these on roads here soon ..... would wipe floor clean in sales
  18. Hi , nice looking engine bay .. can i ask why you have red 8gauge cable running across top of radiator ?
  19. Yes .. Hub Rings .. thats what i am talking about .. i got mine from USA cause they know what they are talking about over there .. very commen i am selling a set i got which were wrong size .. see pic Corolla 2001 above is 54.1mm then gotta work out rim size hole and match it
  20. You can put them on your car .. but not use spacers ... but Hub rings ... they are polycarbonate rings they do not corrode, cause rattling, or show signs of wear like metal! polycarbon is extremely durable and forms a tighter seal between the hub and the wheel. these will not melt, crack, or break over time under normal use. suitable for street and track use. Most places will order them .. very popular in USA I got some ANZ rims and got a set of hub rings from USA .. perfect fit if you get the right size to match rim and do not alter any safety they just keep the wheel in the centre and perfectly legal not like spacers that change the offset and the connection between rim and hub even people painting there hubs can throw wheel balance off I am selling 1 set cause they don't fit my rims .. check sell section
  21. I am pretty sure they not the same but they were on car unless they were copy rims ... i seen porsche rims on a Ford fiesta couple of weeks ago no lock nuts either .... i almost cried and laughed
  22. Yeah private company in Victoria .fixed camera cars (easy to spot ) .. but Vic police have new cars ... Holden SS and Corolla now i know why .. Laser mounted drivers side gaurd blends into car.. saw them testing it today in Brunswick ( vic) was parked in a stream of traffic windows up .. you drive towards it .... when you see it just above drivers side wheel too late ... another unmarked car 500m away pulling you over.... I don't speed so don't care but sometimes my learners go over before i get a chance to notice .. they just smiled at me as i went past while teaching(think they were a bit over 60)
  23. Of all things i found out by searching USA .. you can get ducting from airconditioner/heater shops in lengths and diameter and brackets to hold it in ...____ Heat proof / Fire proof // desgined to keep air cool and pretty cheap aswell gunna get a price tomorrow
  24. I am getting hold of one of these CAI... does it require cutting anywhere to install ? or removing headlight/bumper ?
