im glad to hear the seller should recieve them soon. but shouldnt the seller already have his own stock. sounds a little funny and strange that he has to wait for it to arrive to him first. and when he does receive them is there any chance he can express post it. im leaving on thursday about 3pm so thats the only time i can get them or untill 2 weeks after.

OHHHH CAP you said it summer is upon us people. the wise people of this communtiy should organise some farking cruises...

yeah i agree with rolla boy. i went to a strathfield car audio midnight sale and just bought a cd player. didnt plan on gettin one but found a very cheap pioneer cd player for $420.(RRP $950 on pioneer website). anyways as soon as i got the new cd player in i was wondering why i didnt upgrade a long time ago. so much more louder and clearer then sock cd player. i had the mp3 6 stacker.

congrats on the new buy and also welome to the club. hope you enjoy your stay. and also glad to see you stayed within the toyota family.
on the forum there is heaps of usefull threads. i could say 99.999999.....% of everything about the sportivo has been covered before, so if you want to know something use the search button. trust me you dont want your head blown off by one of the mods about not searching. just some advice. you will thank me later.
enjoy your stay

hey jeremey. any news on when we could be expecting these. i really want these before i go away.
-
yeah i sorta agree. but most people on this forum are young and its just the way the young people rite i guess. and like 80% of threads on this forum must be about CAI's which is not funny. the way the search button works is anoying though. i tried searching 3 hours yesterday on how to clean MAF sensor and ended up no were. could not find one link explaining on how to do it. i've been meaning to ask one of the moderators to change the search button settings. when i search something it shows the words highlighted in the posts in the thread. would be good if it only scanned through the thread titles as this would save alot of time.

1. for springs it depends on your budget and for what pruposes you want to use the car for. try giving places like suspension and rim places a call for starters. prices vary from as little as $300 to $1000's
2. our forum sponsor Nextmod can import them or you can go to places like shift performance or liverpool exhaust in sydney. there is literally 100's of threads on install guides so DO NOT START ANOTHER THREAD ASKING. you'll just have your head blown off by a million members. just some friendly advice.
3. search on ebay for cheapest prices. there really easy to install but you will most likely have to paint it.
4. for debadging just do a search using the search function on the top right side of the page. there are many DIY guides.
5. im not to sure about clear taighlights. try giving carmate a call. there located in villawood sydney.
6. for HID's you can search on ebay or go the more expensive rout of going to palces like autobahn.
7. the front light lip is called eyelids and they can also be sourced from ebay for very cheap. just need to be painted to the same color as the car and just using double sided tape to stick on the headlight

yeah thats the **** thing about kickers. i see all the guys that put the lil kicker subs in boxes like the one you have made. i was talkin to some guy at an audio shop about making a fibreglass box like yours and using a 10" kicker and he said it would sound really **** cause apparently the kicker subs require alot of room. dont know how it would sound in real life though.
-
haha. i was thinking of mounting a fire extuingisher for the fun of it. but dont wanna start making holes in the boot. should look really awesome. but u could have just got a 12" kicker l7 with a ported box that pumps out 750 WRMS for around $450. but this way it looks hektik. good luck

ok well first of all ive just spent 3 hours searching and typing in everything i could think of into the search menu. so just chill. i recently cleaned my air filter for my CAI. i cleaned it using the K&N cleaning kit. i sprayed that oily stuff but i think i sprayed it to much and when i put the filter back on like 1 hour later i started her up. i think some oil from the filter got sucked up onto the MAF sensor. on cold starts the car is bogging down like you wouldnt believe when i try to take off. so some help on how to clean it and using what products and is it safe if i soak it in the cleaning product. thanks alot people in adn\vance for the input
