mmm somewhere in my dim brain when we changed our head unit in our Presara earlier this year something about standard unit in our Presara being a JBL head unit was said when we were choosing our unit..we went with a sweet Clarion head unit and had Monster install it..all is perfect...as Jacko said try the rev switching or maybe something came loose in harness connections? Hope it's an easy find and fix so you can get back to enjoying the cruising,

yes very much as Chain said..carefully remove the trim surround and it should be straight forward after that..remember the word's "carefully remove" as they can go SNAP very easy

Welcome to the forum Rob..I have had similar issues if my wife is using her phone for bluetooth music..android system..however we thought it was moving from one cell tower to the next..I use my phone roaming turned off and not an issue..maybe something to ponder until someone on here gives you the correct answer..as it is probably something else than mine..but all I know is it fixed my issues

My 20 cents worth is to have someone who KNOWS how to install it all for you..not someone who will have a go!..after all nothing worse than a sweet car with rotten audio install.
