  1. thanks everyone for your kind comments yeah the front skirt makes the car look so much more aggressive! now the the levin looks more complete!
  2. edited first post, pics added - didn't see need for new thread!
  3. I've visited toyota today, and they said they can't supply me with the colour coded seals - only black and grey. I guess i will settle with the grey seals.
  4. Thanks BigBum! Yeah I thought the seals were colour coded, because my levin side skirts has a silver seal. Would my front skirt look funny if i used the grey seals that came with the front skirt? or should i.. 1. go purchase some silver seals from toyota? 2. get the grey seal and paint it body colour? EDIT: Just saw a pic of Daz's sportivo, his white sportivo has grey seals.. and yep it has 2 seals - one on each side, thanks BigBum!
  5. EDIT: Hey everyone! I got my front skirt fitted today! WOOHOO! looks the goods! BIG thanks to Dave at Dsportz for painting and installing it for me! :yahoo: Thanks for looking everyone! LOL
  6. It was about 170 for the front pair from Castle Hill Toyota. They're tailored to fit the corolla's that have side airbags (levin/sportivo?). The rear costs about 155.
  7. Hey Brad, you can get seat covers for the levin seats that won't be in the side airbag's way. i have them in my levin. They're genuine from toyota and come in a black/charcoal grey colour. Regards, Kenneth
  8. spotted LFT-70Y today @ strathfield, followed by a electric blue s14 silvia. nice ride dude! btw are your lo-beams HID's?
  9. EDIT: I've just confirmed with a Toyota Dealer regard the front skirt. It's $600RRP for the front skirt - UNPAINTED - P/N T08154 12842 and.. It's $1000+RRP for a front skirt - PAINTED (painted from factory in your colour code) - P/N T08154 12841 XY (where XY is an alpha-numeric combination representing your colour code). So it is still so very, very pricey for a painted one, you're better off buying it unpainted and getting it painted yourself.
  10. i thought the front lips come unpainted. I part number i was quoted was T0815412841A1/FRT for the facelift front skirt =)
  11. last night about 6.30pm, spotted a facelift silver sportivo. dropped on some gunmetal rims, rear skirt, looked like it had wingtips too? at the roundabout, lidcombe. nice ride dude!!
  12. the front lip alone is at 599 give or take rrp. =) the salesman at my local toyota is happy to sell it to me @ approx 510 =) browse around =D but yeh as Tayles said, prepare for a jaw dropping price...
  13. Spotted Pujo on Olympic Drive (section just passed Lidcombe McDonalds) today at around 3.00PM. Heading towards chullora/bankstown direction. =P
  14. with annoying HID and rego ** 6**8? spotted him many times in Eastwood area too LOL. Not sure about rego but it was a white plate starting with A i think. =D I don't know if he had HIDs or not, because he only had parkers on.
  15. Spotted a silver face-lift Sportivo in Chinatown just outside Market City. This was about 9.45pm. It had really JDM yellow foglights, I also think it was lowered on some rims. Male Asian driver.
  16. Yeah it is replaceable. Go to a Toyota dealer's part's department and ask them, they'll have it (if not they will order it in for you, should be avail. next day). Any part on a car is replaceable even the headlight socket cover on the back was available as a separate part. I'd guessing each side is around 36 bucks (since it's two pieces?).
  17. try leaving your headlights on while driving for a long time.. the heat from the headlights might help dry it out? but then again you're running HID's. they produce less heat then your normal halogen globes. you could try blowing a hairdryer through the socket area =D
  18. bulbs do produce a bit of heat, i believe that's normal. as for driver side not projecting as far, would that be because you're sitting in the driver's seat? hence more weight in the front RHS, so more of a dip in th RHS headlamp. although i don't experience this in my 05 levin, but i do experience the same thing in my 01 camry. in the camry the passenger side light projects further then the driver side.
  19. Yeah. Enjoy your new mtec globes. They're great bulbs for it's price. My set has lasted for quite a long time now and it's still going strong =)
  20. the bulb should be ok~ but you need to know the cosmos blue are just going to be bluer then stock. they are not gonna be brighter then stock. it won't light up the road as well as stock yellow. BUT i've found my mtec super whites (4350K) light up a dark road quite well.. but in lit roads, it's not as good =) Also, when you park side by side with a car with standard factory yellow lights, you'll notice the standard lights will light up the road alot more then your cosmos blue. =)
  21. Yo guys, Just incase anyone else loses their moisture prevention cap for their facelift corolla here's the part number RHS Low Beam Cover - T81135 13280 Kenneth =)
  22. the new gt-r is in the GT5 Prologue Demo for PS3 =D drives well =D hahaha oh and it looks the sex in black! (makes the front look better) =)
  23. LOL! yeah i popped the hood and realised the cover was missing.. =S I must've left it out when i changed my parkers a month ago.. didn't realise till now. But no worries now, i called up noble toyota and they ordered one in for me. It cost me $22.25 discounted (RRP $28.25?). Phil Gilbert wanted 36.25 for it!!
