Accessories on, push the park brake switch down for 5 seconds while your foot is on the brake then take your foot off while still holding down the switch for another 5 seconds then release. It should move the EPB all the way back, this also allows you to push the piston back when doing your own brakes. Well it should work as that's the trick on any Lexus with an EPB.
