I too am having this problem.. I told them about it and they said they fixed it but its still there.. Its enough of a pull that if i let go of my wheel im in the next lane in under 5-8 seconds going @ 80kms

We always knew it would void warrenty.. stright from the mouth of a Toyota Tech. Just change it back to the normal intake when taking the toyota in for service and they will never know. So did you install a new intake system in your aurion?

To reset the ECU just disconnect the battry for 20 mins..

It tells you in the back of the instruction book for the Aurion.. 5.7 L of oil is needed if you change oil without a filter and 6.5 with a new filter. I think it was 10-50 Oil.. I dont have the book near me.. someone look it up and post up or confirm my numbers

If you ask toyota to do it it will cost you a arm and a leg :P hahaha sorry i had too.. Im sure you could make something up yourself.. Only thing you will have to get it passed by the MVR. ASk some of the driving schools where they get there pedel setups the ones with the dual system in the passanger seat.

Sorry for the crap quality this was taken on my phone.. In this pic you can see the 1 or 1.2 inch pipe comming from the 2.5 inch main pipe down the centre.

Well i had a look under my car.. got a few pics and some figures..(will upload pics later today or tomrrow) The main pipe going from the engine to the rear seems to be a 2.5 inch pipe. It then splits into two, 1 inch or 1.2 inch pipe through to the tip. There is plenty of room down the car for 2 pipes to go down. Im really thinking about charging up the credit card and getting a 2.5 all the way through..

Nice... I was going to get a dyno done before and after the exhaust and intake to see what the difference is like :) I would be there in a flash to see how quicker the aurion is and how much better it sounds.. Mabey a quick drag race to see if there is any noticable difference down stuart highway ;) ill pm you my details soon

Well i went there today.. they rekon 10-15 kw at the wheels with a exhaust system For a dual 2inch cat back system $1600. give them 48 hours notice they will custom make it and install it in a day.

been driving for 5 years now.. not 1 accident.. Not all that much car theft up here. this is my first year with aami

AAMI. No questions asked. I told them i lowered it and added mags and tint. They said ok. As a matter of fact i got my renewal yesterday. Insured for 40k. $813. Age might be an issue if you are younger than 25. I'm old 33. Im 21 insured my car for $50,000 and im paying $671 With AAMI too

One of the things i was going to say as well. the thing that tells me the current system is good enough is the TRD Aurion did not change there exhaust system what so ever exept for the tips.. Just somthing to think about
