Just reading about the Fujita CAI for the Gen 6 Camry. This is the Same engine as the Aurion. (2GR-FE) And acording to the Fujita website they can deliver to Aus.. Code Name Price Qty Total CA-3317 2007-2008 Toyota Camry V6 Cold Air $265.05 1 $265.05 so by the looks of it you could get a CAI that will fit the aurion for under $300 aus. ill send them off a email to double check to see if they deliver to aus or if they have a Aus Dealer might be worth getting one. Ooo and they say that the power goes from 203kw to 218-222 kw.

So the car went in today to get fixed. 4 days to fix. thank ***.. its embarrassing driving around a car with a huge dent in it. so the final cost for the fix was $9772.25 Glad i dont have to pay for it :)

im fine..just had a sore head from hitting my head on the roof a little bit of blood and a brused head.. i got more photos just gotta upload them and will do that soon.. She has insurance(so do i) and she already admitted it was her fault. so just got to arrange quotes.. first quote i got was $9300. They were saying they will replace both back and front door and the side skirt. All electronics dont work in the drivers door so speaker, windows and mirror will have to be re-wired.. They will have to re-spray almost half of the car.. thats why i think its soo expensive. The dent i was talking about on the piller has to be looked at by a Engineer(insurance companys orders) and given the all clear before they will give the ok to repair.

My Aurion vs a 1992 Corolla Was turning off a main st to a side st and someone comming from the side st did not see me and hit me right in the drivers side door. My car is drive-able, hers couldent move.. Cracked raditor and all the front pushed up against the frount right tyre. Accident was at about 45kms. no airbag went off.. Can not open the drivers door from the outside only the inside and that only works 50% of the time. They rekon it might be a write off as the pilla(between the fron and back door, part of the chassie) has a big dent in it. pics up soon.. i used E10 on my aurion and its fine.. it actually says on the petrol cover thing E10 ok or somthing like that.. i think it was just as good as 91 ron.. put 98 ron its much better.. The thing with old cars is the engine is not/was not made for E10. Ethanol burns hotter than normal fuel and the engine does not run as good when it gets to a certin point heat wise.. for city driving E10 is ok.. for long road trips where the engine will be used for more than a hour at a time.. mabey not so.. just fill up 1/2 a tank.. see how you go.. if the car dont like it then go somehwere and fill up with 98 ron.. the mix should bring it someone between 95-97 ron and your car will run better. then dont use E10 again.. oo and dont use E10 for any proformance cars.. !!!

These cars are very popular thats why there is such a back order. i have had mine just under a year. and had to wait 3 months for mine to be made. but trust me its worth the wait getting the colour that you want.. etc.

The best i have seen in my car running on 98 bp ultimate at night average speed 104 kms and got 8.2l per 100 kms. That was driving from Darwin to Katherine.

Very very nice.. Would too like most other people like a video clip of it running open and closed see what the sound difference is like.. Would love to see what the Dyno says how much of a increase would it be i wonder. The only problem i see is the warrenty and also rego. without a cat your car can be defected.. make sure you keep the old exhaust.

Some rims that i want are "Sizes: 20x8.5" your having problems with 19.. should i get 20's then? im not expert. but i really want the 20" but dont want theses problems

All maps are put together by Whereis.com.au where is is owned by telstra.. This might be why its soo expensive for the map upgrades

I dont think the heat is too much of a factor..Up here in Darwin i get about 11l per 100kms for city driving.. If i go down the highway i get under 9l per 100ks

The Kluger is AWD with the same engine and gearbox as the Aurion.. It they stuck that to a TRD aurion who knows its potential
