  1. this has been dun in the aurions without too much difficulty... http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/inde...showtopic=13772
  2. u'll need the ecu too and a few other bits and pieces.
  3. "Big Rock Toyota - Are Cheapa"
  4. so prolly 200hp at the wheels then? from 150KW atw stock to 165KW then I find it seriously seriously hard to believe that any intake could give 15kw atw! on a trd it'd be achievable. but on N/A would be hard your right - unless there was a serious retune.
  5. Yep, thats why i got rid of mine. Very poorly built cars (the Aurion). Would i buy another Toyota? I doubt it. dont be a toyota hater because of the aussie built car. buy a real toyota - buy a jap made one. what did u replace it with? if u aint get into a subaru
  6. yup, normal price would b around that, but again, NO aurion in japan, u can guess what is the result then. whiteline in australia, sydney i called once, he was happy to do R&D if someone could provide an aurion. biggest issue would b, i m in Vic. And for R&D, i think probably need to go back to visit them every now and then=troublesss.. <_< do they have the camry is japan?
  7. depending on what series i reckon minimum of 2k for tein coilies
  8. its so cheap everyone should get both. then you would have 3 to chose from depending on your mood
  9. nice find son. an remote condom
  10. if you use non genuine parts (eg: brake pads) will u void your warranty?
  11. true true. how long will it take for the ecu to learn the new mod tho? whats the process after resetting ecu anyways?
  12. so prolly 200hp at the wheels then? from 150KW atw stock to 165KW then
  13. i think 3 months ia overkill on a NA car!? i would service it every 10,000km or every 8 months or so - unless u do a lot of driving for over 1 hour at a time.
  14. thats stupid. what if someone migrated over to a different state! does the service requirements state that it has to be serviced at a dealership? or can it be any approved service centre?
  15. r ya gonna do a before and after dyno?
  16. doubt there would be any company interested in hacking the ecu of an aurion. the XR6 turbos yeh coz plenty of owners would want to chase more power. snow button is same as hold button - holds it in the gear u select (when in manual mode) or when in auto mode starts off in 2nds gear to reduce the risk of wheelspin. thinking about it the aurion wouldnt have it coz it has traction control!?
  17. does the aurion have a snow or hold button?
  18. cool! add an exhaust and it could be 228-232kw!?
  19. yeah i seen that. i think they punch in a dollar amount on the keypad or press the fill button.
  20. wilcos is pricey but they do a top job - get what u pay for
  21. yeah sort out some better pics! wat size outlet is them muffs? so do u have 4 controllers? catback/diffback? how much?
  22. are the services detailed? like is there a list of things they check off and sign?
  23. http://www.pickles.com.au/cars/listing/?ed...p;x=26&y=11 dunno why it doest apply to the atx? but there is considerable savings for ZR6 and Presara thats refering to the fixed price ones. prolly less at auction? youd be in with a chance i reckon!
  24. yeah the savings on a ex rental would be about 5-10k, which u would then pay $200 for each 6 month service?
