i will also be plugging a sub, amp and aftermarket speakers into the car so the head unit has to be able to run these...thanks in advance...any advice about the head unit mentioned above will be greatly appreciated. ^_^

ok thanks DJKOR...what im after is: * using iPod while driving ( i have an iPod classic 80gb) - ipod must charge while plugged in too and steering wheel controls must work. * using navigation and being able to change ipod tracks at the same time while in navigation * using dvd player/ cd player * using a rear-view camera * using the radio (gotta listen to my gold 104.3 haha and nova fm) * using the AUX port no need for bluetooth so if that comes along with the aftermarket head unit im not too fussed but will not use it. thats all i can think of so far...any advice guys??

Hey guys and girls, Im looking to upgrade my stereo in my 2008 Aurion ZR6...for the speakers im going with JL Audio C2 6.5'" coaxials for the front and JL Audio C2 6X9" 3 way speakers for the back (hope these both mount good as ive seen someone else on the forum has installed them and the sound quality is great). As for the head unit I would really appreciate some help for an aftermarket head unit as I would like to keep the "stock look." Ive read the forum through and through and cannot find any concrete evidence as to what exactly is the best aftermarket head unit....is it the Easydeals unit?? is it the DigOptions unit?? is it the Auspack unit?? is it the AutoTunez unit?? Im going crazy...someone please help me and let me know which is the best unit out there at the moment that maintains the "stock look" and performs great too. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Hey guys...newbie here. I've just bought a 2008 toyota aurion zr6 about a month back and am really unhappy with the stock audio system. I'm looking to replace the two door speakers and two rear speakers with JL Audio speakers hooked up to an amp. My question is if anyone can tell me what is the size of the two front (door) speakers and two rear speakers behind the rear passengers seat please as i need to know this before I buy the JL Audio speakers. I've had a read on the forum and all the different information has completely confused me as some say 6.5" and others say 6X9 is the stock size. Is there someone who can give the final say as to what are the sizes of the front and rear stock speakers so that I can buy the new JL audio speakers and straight swap out the stock ones so that fitment is not an issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Hope someone can help me out here CHeers guys, Jono ^_^

guys i am totally confused...can someone point me in the right direction on how to install this new H11 HID kit ive bought...had a play around with the car but can seem to find out where all the wires connect up to...is there a diagram someone can draw me or show me by some chance...any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys this is my first time using HIDs..instead of 35W im thinking about buying a 55W kit...can anyone let me know what are the advantages/disadvantages of getting a 55W kit over the 35W kit please?? ^_^

jeffbro yep thats exactly what im talking about...the faster i go the louder the volume gets and vice versa...will check the settings and try to look for ESL. cheers mate ^_^ -
Hey guys I've just bought a 2008 Aurion ZR6 and am loving it so far except for the fact that when I am driving and have the music turned up listening to my favourite songs, upon reaching a red light I press the break and notice that immediately the sound sort of fades and the bass almost completely fades out. Now I've tried going through the head unit settings and even googled it and have still had no luck. Someone pleaseeeeeeee help me Any advice for this newbie would be really appreciated on how to remove this "fading effect" when I press the break to slow down the car. Cheers, Jono ^_^
