Well ladies and bruce's, i decided i would finally sign up the forum. Mostly i decided i woulafter seeing Pete's red rocket around alot and getting a chance to yell out the window to him on windsor rd the other day to let him know that basically, his car is my version of porn :D

Well these are the specs for my little baby. She's a working progress but she will be ready before i start uni next yr

It Also had one very gay purple Recaro drivers seat... makes you question the sexual orientation of its previous owner

Also justa question.

The car is NA so theres no top mount to go with that scoop. Is there any harm to be caused by having it? I mean is water going to **** it up at all? I got paranoid tonight and chucked a tarped over it then a towel to pin it down.

I have no garage to speak of (thats the reasons why it hasn't had a respray yet) Maybe just get a car cover to whack on during rain?

Rain on an engine isnt too bad.. i mean you can wash an engine... the problem is if the water sits in the egine for days without being started. But personally i wouldnt have put that bonnet on if u dnt have a garage or carport to store it under.. iw ould be definatly investing in a car cover... espicially with the rain we have had lately......

washing a 4ag usually leads to the motor not starting when the plug valley's are full of water.

I'd sell the bonnet to a ricer and get a standard white bonnet, should only be $100 or so from a wrecker for a good condition one. Plenty of wrecked white AE92's around. As a bonus you'll have working washer jets.

Perosnally i like the bonnet so it will be staying on on. At the moment i just whack towel on it and the bay has stay bone dry cause the water doesn't drip through.

I have a bonnet thats in perfect condition in my room. So far ive had my mate next door offer me 350 for it... only bought it for 100. Though i really like the look of it, call me a ricer, but its the only thing i have on my car that you could consider rice... I bought a car cover today so that should help

Apart from the bonnet, any thoughts on the car?

heh, this would be so if i had a washer bottle. Got the motor, leads and heads, just no bottle. the AE92 series had a nasty habit of rusting along the roof line (note the duct tape on mine) and coroding through the top of washer bottles

oh maaaan... i LOVE the AE9* Corollas... and plus u got a 20V nicely done for NA...

but i think it'll look better if you'd get the GT4 scoop... keep the Toyota tradition...

I would but to many ppl already use the celica scoop. This one looks good though and im happy with it. I dont plan on keeping it too long.. just till i finish uni. So i wont be spending anything on it after the end of this yr.

As for the pics, i dont know whats up but i can see them :S

17's is a maybe but 18s is right out. Too friggen heavy. 17's or 16's RS-GT's. But ive decided im just going to get my rust cut, get rims (of course) and get new suspension (raise a bit too) cause i can stand nearly nocking my teeth out every time i hit a bump. Bloody dumbass who set the suspension made it WAAAAAAY to hard. The bump stops have been obliterated

yeh i like the white with the white wing

hehe nah they aint standard ascent tyres. The hub caps were the best i could come up with to cover up the no rims issue. The tyres are considerably widers than standard ascent ones. Not sportivo though your right. I should change that

My lil rolla has big day today.

-Gotta pick up my new Lenso M8's (first of 2 sets imported into australia and the only ones in NSW) So they are going to be original.

-Pick up a white wing to replace my stock black one.

-New amp for the speakers

-And a new window washer bottle

Expensive day but a good one :D
