K this is ****** me off.

Ive only ever heard good things about 20v 4age's. Why the hell does mine take 4-5 goes to start when the block is cold? Any one have any ideas?

Could be a number of things, fuel system, injectors, ecu, wiring... But in your case I'd say it's most likely the Haltech. You need to get the Cold Start setup properly. My Autronic takes about two revolutions before it fires.

you have a haltech.

did it used to start first pop?

Does it start first go when warm?

Has it gotten worse as it's got colder?

From memory it did but ive only had it for 2 months and i cant remember when it started

It starts first go when it warm and the colder it is the hard to start

then the problem is the tune.

problem fixed. was the cold start system. As soon as ive redone the suspension this thing will stop giving me such heart ache lol. Cheers fellas
