Question

In what situation do they occur?? Did you drive on the track??

One classic way to warp your disc after a blast around a circuit a few times is to come into the pits and just leave your car there with the handbrake. Remember to drive your car around the circuit a few times to let your whole brake system cool down, not to mention your engine. If not kiss your brakes goodbye

dude it depends on how you brake too!

Are you a heavy braker?

Another thing, what pads are you using? If you use aggressive sport pads then no the discs wont last long

Never bed-in pads and rotors at the same time. With new rotors use old pads to bed the rotor in first then put the new pads in. Bedding in is still required on pads/rotors that claim to have already been "bedded" or have a "special anti-bed layer" or something along those lines.
