Supercharger

Recommended Posts

Hi there People what are your views on fitting a supercharger? I can purchase the Corolla supercharger for my ride for 4,171.64 AUD the guy said its a case of just plug and play and will cost an extra 901.976 AUD to fit it. (that includes the ECU)

im guessing this is the t-sport compressor supercharger option or the TTE charger ..... mate in all honesty go for it ..... its by far the cheapest F/I solution on the market for the t-sport/sportivo and will give it a good kick in the backside as well ..... regarding the ECU do u knw exactly what they are giving u ? im guessing a flashed ECU but thats just a guess.

Hey people thanks for your comments, I got in touch with TTE in Germany and they put me in touch with a Company called Silverstone(its a famous race track team here in the UK, they specialise in our cars and they quoted me 875.620 AUD less than the other place) so i am going to use this Company instead) they told me they will replace everything, dont know what ECU they are going to use but once its all done i will post fiqures on here and graphs, when i get it done i will ask them if i can take pics of the start to end process of the fitting, they said it will take around 6 hours to do it. I cant wait to get it done, I said it will be in about 3 months time when i got the money together. Also i have been told i can fit a dump valve to make it louder, do any of you know if this is true? I await your replies......

boost can be increased on any supercharger if there is a smaller pulley available or you make one up..

anyways i think you should go for it man, if thats the total cost installed you havent done too bad the things that are going to cost are the further upgrades..

or a bigger overdrive crank pulley...

SC FTW ! :D
