Hi,

My 2004 camry had a battery problem. The aircon was working fine before changing the battery. The battery

was changed today. Now the air conditioner does not seem to work. Has anyone ever encountered such a problem?

Maybe you have blown a fuse check them. then turn your igintion on see if you can see the air condtioner compressor clutch click in its just near your fan belts at the front under your alternator. If that not engaging it could be you have some how ran out of gas and it might need regasing you should always switch on your a/c and run it for a minuet every day as the seal in the compressor drys out and goes hard if you dont and then you loose gas , A lot of current car have a feature where the a/c come on automatical so this doesnt happen these day but our old bangers dont

You best see a a/c mechcanic so he can recharge it with gas the dye to find a leak usally a oring dyes out and leaks

good luck
