Tein S Springs with Stivo

E-Gene

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I'm currently riding on Pedders Springs and they've been pretty ok, but I've got a good deal on a set of Tein S Springs and was wondering if it's worth making the move over.

I know that there are some 1ZZ-FE guys here who've got them and I would love to hear your opinions on them. But more importantly, are there any Stivo owners with Tein Springs?

Will hopefully get Koni shocks after as well.

According to US users, they are great on drop, settle at 3' drop for the US model. The spring itself is comfortable since it is soft. Great results with Koni too. Hey E-Gene, why not get TEIN Wagon Damper coilover? Or TEIN SS coilover.

I think the "Type Flex" is a good choice~!! As I read from a japanese magazine about car modification, many Nissan Z350 Fairlady used it.

They are cool both for track and street ~! :D It have 16 level for you to tune to softness and hardness.

Btw, how much does it cost for a TEIN suspension? :o

Hmmm the only available tein suspension kit is the Wagon damper and Super Wagon damper. The Tein SS is actually for American spec I believe since I did not find SS kit for our Corolla (jap spec).

THe Wagon kit is height adjustable only, so that is good for day to day driving I supposed. I got quoted AU$1600. As with the super wagon damper, I had noo idea waht is the difference.
