These "gas saver" or power increasing devices, etc. -are pretty much all cheap nasty things that makes various claims based on statistics that could be effected one way by your driving style or purely imagined. I mean the gains they claim to provide are usually that minimal you likely wouldnt get much noticable differance that couldnt be explained away with , your driving style, the fuel quality/age/type, the weather, etc etc, etc.

Put a post up for a group buy mate and watch all the tight a55es come running wanting "supposed cheap" HP :P

No such thing as cheap HP and these sort of devices are mainly gimmick and in theory might work but in real life it doesn't.

Also someone's get rich quick scheme off the uneducated....
