A bit scary - they must fix it if not from an accident

Hi Freddo,

The Lowering of the Mirrors when in reverse only occurs when the Mirror Selector switch ( Used when adjusting the positon of mirrors )

is NOT in the center position.

You can leave it in the center position when you do not require the mirrors to lower.

Derek.

Sort of . . . you need to have the mirror adjustment control switch set to either left or right mirror. If it is in the center (i.e. no adjusting) then the mirrors do not lower on reverse.

I normally have it set not to lower, as I find it a bit distracting, and I generally switch on for reverse parking only.

its a good feature to have if u have some nice aftermarket rims.
