RECAPPING-

Cruise is this Sunday, Jan 23 2005.

Meet up is Sunday, 830AM outside the Superdome on Olympic Blvd in Olympic Park (marked in red on the map below)

From here we will cruise out through the city, past our traditional meeting spot under the Anzac bridge, over the Harbour bridge, up along the Gore Hill Freeway to the Pacific Highway. Take a right onto the Pacific Highway, go through Chatswood, and on the other side of Chatswood take a right onto Boundary Road (the set of lights right near Lexus of Chatswood!)

Proceed down Boundary Street, taking a left at the second set of lights, (where the road turns to three lanes) onto Archbold Street. Follow this all the way out to Hornsby (follow the signs). It brings you up beside the Westfield Shopping Centre there, where you take a right back onto the Pacific Highway. Follow this over the railway line and out to Berowra, where we will stop and regroup at the Mobil petrol station there. There is also a Shell right opposite, for those who want some Optimax....i think they sell Optimax there!

From here we proceed along the old road stopping at the end of stages 2 and 3. Then, we drop down into Gosford, through Gosford and out to Terrigal.

Here's the only problem spot, finding parking for all the cars. What we should probably do is the slow headturning cruise through Terrigal, up the hill at the other side to the carparking up there. From here we can all pile into a few cars, or walk down the hill to Terrigal to get takeaway, for those who want it.

Plan B is to proceed around to north Terrigal beach, which is a quieter spot with more room for us. I will probably reccy it on Saturday and make a decision then.

On the day, there will be raffles, stickers, CD's and donations to be made for the Tsunami relief fund. So come prepared!
