When you change your tyres it is recommended you do an alignment. An alignment does not have anything to do with the rolling diametre. It makes sures all your wheels are pointing straight. Pretty much every time you jack your car up, hit a big pothole, drive up or park up on the kerb, your alignment gets changed a little. Over time this gets bad enough for you to notice the car veering off to the side. When changing tyres, you'd want to do an alignment so that you start on a clean slate and not scrub out one side of your tyres prematurely.

The Bridgestone RE050A are great grippy tyres, just dont expect them to last too long. AND to get those cheap, try Holden dealership/service department. Commodores have those tyres stock so they'll have plenty around.
