DVD Sat Nav Etc Aftermarket Camry Aurion

Has anyone had any experience with these DVD player, Sat Nav, USB, Ipod, Bluetooth units that are advertised on Ebay and so on, for Camrys and Aurions? I am really interested in one of these as they appear to have all the features. They are also advertised to direct fit into Camry Aurion wiring looms and steering wheel controls. It would be great to hear of anyone's experience with these.
