IMO save ur money and get coilovers... theres a crap load in japan if u no where to look i found some very good coilovers for the zre152 :)

Factory is 170kg front and rear I would go no higher than 250 kg front and rear for a daily drive

I run 300kg front and 250kg in the rear I find it a little harsh, also depends on your shocks.

Those are some heavy weights. Also a spring rate has the units of weight/distance, eg kg/mm.
