It would fit, but I would advise against it as it means the wheel and tire will sit in a further 10mm on each side.

Firstly, this will be something you will notice and it's not the best look (wheels tucked in more) and secondly, it will reduce the track of your car which will have a negative effect on your handling.

The Atlas wheels are 6.5 inches wide and the offset will remain the same as standard which is the +45.

Mazda 3 wheels do have a 5x114.3 stud pattern, but the offset for them are 52.5mm. You're in the same boat as the Honda wheels here.

Will these ones good on ZRE??

The RIMs are a 15" x 6JJ" with +46 degree offset and have a PCD of 5 x 114.3. Rims are Australian made by ROH.

Tyres are Bridgestone RE92 205/65R15.

The wheels themselves satisfy the requirements. Now the only part that could possibly affect whether they fit or not are the brake calliper clearance. It 'shouldn't' be an issue, but the only way to guarantee these things is by test fitting it. I'd be leaning more towards the 'it will fit' side of that argument because most stock brakes like that won't cause any issues.

My 195/65R15 can put on these rims??

Yes you can use them as the recommended wheel width for a 195/65R15 tire is 5-7 inches.
