hehe, if i have $$$, i will buy another AE86 as a tow car towing my current AE86 but it wont go on track, my new AE86 will be the track car, it was just doing some exercising carrying weights... hehe

If my clutch breaks, I will start to get some Heavy Duty Clutch for sure...

TUNING SESSION

This is an opportunity for you to bring your own car to the 1.6km road circuit as well as try our AutoTest style courses.

There will be a fully experienced instructor on hand to provide performance tips and answer any questions. This course is suitable for both beginners and ‘seasoned’ competitors hoping to improve their driving skills and lap times.

We recommend you complete at least one Performance Driving Course at the centre before attending the Tuning Session.

This event provides the perfect environment for both learning and fine tuning your performance driving skills. With only one vehicle on the circuit at a time the worry of costly issues such as stone chips and collisions associated with a race track are reduced.

Public Session Times

Arrival and sign on is at 2.30pm for a 3.00pm start. The session is started with a 10 minute safety and orientation brief before you head out onto the track. Bookings must be made prior to the event.

Entry will not be possible on the day of event.

Conditions of Participation

Bookings are open to anyone with a roadworthy car and the current applicable licence to drive that vehicle. No special competition licence is required.

On the day you are required to present your current drivers licence, have no loose object in your car, be wearing long sleeves and long pants & an approved crash helmet.

Book your own event

Tuning Sessions can be booked as private event Monday-Friday dependant on availability. There is a 12 participant maximum.

For availability please call the office on 9479 5754 or email mcherry@mcmotorsport.com.au

Getting off topic a bit guys, I am trying to build a house at the moment so finances not lending themselves to casino's and dinenrs at the mo. Rather organise a meet and cash thing to be hoenst

How did we get from trying to organise numbers for a track day, to talking about gambling and food. FM!

Anyway, you can either get people to drop the funds straight into your account, or if you prefer to meet up and get the cash do it that way. Whatever your comfortable with....

Have you decided whether you want to do a skid pan or tuning arvo yet?

Either one whichever proves most popular at this point its really depends on numbers, price and availability as its booking out fast. It comes down to the fact i need a 50% deposit for the day and i am NOT paying for people who might not even show.

does AHG require full payment prior to the even or do they only need 50% and you pay off the rest on the day itself? The last time i booked they made me pay the full amount..

50% to book full payment prior to the event. At this point i'm heading out there on the 12th for another event for a bunch of friends as timer and judge etc to try and secure people to get the deposit together will keep you all posted!!

At this particular event on the 12th my friend will be finally taking his AE86 out for a run he has just spent nearly 5k on the motor and its run in now. A mean 4AGE. He has also transplanted the s13 silvia suspension brakes and steering into it for a wider front track he has mad skills and this particular ae86 is bright yellow!! He has a turbo kit for the little 1600 but he hasnt put it on yet.
