I want to remove the front right fender , I have a damage on it and for this I have to remove the plastic cover shown in picture but i do not know from where and how /

Have you tried removing the plastic trim off the pillar to check if you can see any bolts holding this piece in place from inside the car? If there are no bolts, chances are it is clipped-on in place.

If it was my car I would try anyway but since it's your car I can't suggest you do that ;)

get a flat screw driver and pry it out, it just clips on, it just cover the fender bolt
