Hi there.

I am new to this forum and think its great!

Had bad luck with my wife's tarago of late. Lost oil pressure and blew the engine :(

I had my mechanic do all the hard work to replace the motor and all seemed fine. It started and we took it for a test drive and all was good.

We had to disconnect the battery for some final adjustments and when we reconnected it, the car won't start.

It chugs for a while but for some reason won't fire up.

The other odd thing is that the "reds" stay on even after the key is removed.

My mechanic is suspecting electrical problem but I am desperate to get it back on the road.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
