they do they do, i have them on my ZR6.

You will need the rotors, calipers flexible brake hoses all there fittings and the hose from the brake booster and then they just bolt up as per the standard set up.

What modifications are needed to make these fit on a zre? would the total price make it not worth the effort?

- Calipers: Unsure if they'll bolt directly onto a corolla mount or not. Calipers will be ~$430including GST each; if you need brackets to get them to fit you need to factor in the cost of 'designing' a bracket + production of a set.

- With the rotors Genuine TRD fronts are from memory, $300each and the rotors will need to be re-drilled to 5x100 - $55 per rotor

RDA rotors which will fit with a relocating ring start from $170ea.

- From memory, your centre holes are 55mm? If so, you need a rotor-relocating ring made up 62-55mm (Anywhere from $30-60 for a pair)

- New brake lines. I had custom ones made up (with fittings to suit the caliper) for $60 a line; cheaper than Toyota Genuine.

- Brake fluid ~ $10 for 500ml.

Minimum cost will be:

Calipers: $860

Rotors: $340-600

Redrilling: $110

Hub ring: $30-60

Brake Lines: $120

Brake Fluid: $10

Anywhere from $1470 - $1760. This won't include caliper mounting brackets if you need them nor installation or certification costs (you will need to get a modplate or similar). Furthermore, I can't comment if you'll screw up your brake bias/how your car brakes safely or not.

As for whether it's worth it or not? Only you can decide that.
