I recently bought a second hand steering wheel to start on my project car. The only problem is I don't have the harness that actually plugs into the air bag. Pictures can be seen below, was wondering if you have a part number? The steering wheel came from a toyota, and I know a lot of cars share this wheel. Though the connecting harnesses are not the same.

I am assuming I need something like on the back of this wheel.

If it helps, thats a manual ZZT-231 Celica steering wheel (aka 7th gen).

Nice wheels these.

Actually that might help a lot, as this harness is the missing link to hooking up to my Supra and dropping that big ugly 4-spoke Camry wheel!!!

Thanks mate!!!

i think you need to replace the spiral assy with one with the correct airbag plug. that airbag connector looks like one from facelift 2006 corolla HB

Might be you can swap the spiral assy from your currently attached Camry wheel into the Celica one, unless it doesn't currently have an airbag.

the spiral assy is part of the steering column so will have to get it from the donor car or toyota.

Ah k, never seen a steering column with a airbag/airbag bits myself so wasn't sure.

Thanks all, you have all been more helpful then any other forum I have posted on. I will check out the wheel tomorrow, I kind of don't want to pull out the spiral assembly, I am looking for a harness, which I can get I just need to know figure out what wheel this car came from.

Ok so the Spiral assembly is way to big for the 3-spoke. I still can't find the right connector for this wheel!!!
