Bad side step installation from ARB

Cluger

Recommended Posts

ARB installed a Bushranger side step and one bolt cut through the undercarriage due to drilling too large a hole.

It was misaligned and the bolt came off.

they fixed it. No apologies, blamed Bushranger instead of themselves.

Just wanted to share the woeful experience.

I know this thread is meant to be for good recommendations but it seems as though people are also letting others know who to stay away from. Could add the ARB installer to that list? Make sure it's only that local ARB as they could be better in other places

Can you post a photo? How did they repair a hole in the undercarriage?

I'd be spewing.

The main thing is they fixed it at the end for free which is good..... :)

Did you have to do much running around or did they fix it without complaining...

id be pretty annoyed as well if that happen to me..
