Hi Guys

After weeks of searching I have finally come across a OEM E100 digital clock for my car. It is the clock that is located in the center part of the dashboard, but unfortunately my car doesn't come with a pre-existing plug for it from what i can see (CSi Sedan) - the clock sits directly above the hazard light switch by the way next to the vent.

So I was wandering if anybody could give some advice towards connecting this clock to my Corolla sedan. The clock itself was taken from a Corona model of the same generation i believe. It fits into the panel no problem

If it helps there are four wires coming out of the back of the clock :

1) white with black pinstripe (ground wire negative)

2) green (illumination +)

3) blue with yellow pinstripe (power +)

4) grey (Ignition +

I was wondering if it were possible just to connect it to the cig lighter?

I have basic experience with electrical installations, i can connect a light to a battery but thats about it

Thanks , jake :(
