Hi All,

The fuel consumption light just started to come on this afternoon. Even though I have filled it up til full, the light is on and the pin is not working.

Any idea what it could be and if I can DIY fix?

Thanks

Hi !

I have the same problem but mine was rather irratic, it worked out to be the plastic which surrounds the fuel pump and filter in the tank (which is under the back seat) after buying a new fuel filter set and installing, the float moves alot more freely now and my fuel guage is now rather accurate.

Good luck!

I'm having this problem with my 2005 sportivo corolla. The fuel light is on but I've filled a fuel tank of petrol!

Any solution for this?
