Got in my car (2007 ZRE152R) Corolla this morning, started it, forgot something in the house so I turned the car off and left the car key in the ignition with the door open.... Silence. Got back to the car and tested this unusual theory very suspiciously.... left the headlights on, car off, door open, SILENCE?! Drove without the seatbelt on.... SILENCE.

HAVE I BEEN BLESSED FROM THE GODS?!?!

From having a look, my understanding is the beeper is inside the instrument cluster. Do I have to replace the entire cluster if one day I go insane from silence/want the beep to work again? OR can I pull it to pieces and replace just the beeper?

Am I alone in the world?

Luke.
