Glueing on dashboard bits

A plastic lug behind the dashboard on our Hilux has been broken off and needs to be re-attached. Because access is very limited its not possible to use araldite and what is needed is a strong contact adhesive glue suitable for dashboard plastics. I'd appreciate any suggestions as to the best and strongest contact glue for plastics that members have had good results with.
