Trc and vsc lights on, how do i fix this!?

So I was playing around with my jzx101 chaser I just bought a few weeks ago, and I unplugged some **** and plugged it all back it and what not, but my trc light is constantly flashing and my vsc light just stays on all the time. Im a mechanic and I work at a toyota dealership so I tryed disconnecting my battery overnight, trying to reset it and that didn't work, so I plugged it into the computer at work and it doesn't know what a chaser is :/ none of the boys have ever really worked on one either :(

Could anyone give me some guidance as to how I can sort this out?
