Please tell me the correct way to remove the plastic door sill trim in my 2011 Toyota Arion. I wish to run the wiring for an electric brake controller. Is there an optimum position to mount the controller? Thank you in anticipation.

From what I remember when I did my Rear camera it was just a matter of prying them up gently as they just have push clips holding the sills in place.

As for the Brake controller the ones I have seen are in pretty close to the steering wheel so you dont bang you leg on it so often.

Thank you SirNed. I will let you know how I get on and will try to document the whole job as it may help others. I did pose the question to the on line toyota mechanics for a detailed outline of the whole procedure of fitting a trailer brake controller in an Aurion but they were not able to offer any assistance at all which I found disappointing. Thank you again. lombedmj.
