Tad off-topic but I'm just wondering if plastidip came in a glossy finish?

Ps. Did the Kumho KU39's come stock from factory? I'm running these on an Accord Euro too in 235/45/18 size as well! I found them to be quite good - is that what you're finding as well?

I'm looking to replace my Continental ContactSport tyres on the IS soon and am looking at the KU39's again. They replaced french made Michelins Primacy HP's on the Accord Euro ($450 a corner...wtf) and I found that there was little difference in drive so I think they're very good considering the price.

Hey Harlo,

That's not off topic hehe... Yeah it does come in a glossifier, a metalizer and clear as well - so far ive only purchased a can of black and a glossifier.

And no - Kuhmos weren't factory - i think dunlop were factory and so far, like you, im really liking the KU39s specially in the wet too.

How much did you pay for yours - i think mine were around $215 a tyre.

I bought mine a while ago but I think it was $220 from memory, I found them on ebay for $170 though but you have to factor in shipping and getting the shop to fit them etc.

Some people say you need a can per wheel - highly doubt that from what ive painted so fat and what remains in my can.

I'd say 3 cans to be safe... There's a seller near my work doin the aerosols for $20 per can - make sure you dont pay too much if you can avoid it.
