Man they look like they were made for the Celica. Probably because they're similar to the originals. Now that's how stock rims should be!

I'm liking it.

Thanks man :P

I still cannot get over how freaking sexy your tails are now... >.<

Well, Havn't updated here in a while....
Not much has changed, switched bto my 17" wheels for a photoshoot and left them on until 3 weeks ago when I switched back to the 15" wheels for a road trip to QLD... Now saving my money for some Tyres and Spacers.
Photoshoot photo:

Cracked a rear splitter though, which sucks... But could of been worse:

So this week my Vincent_Doggy leather interior pieces on 6GC.net.
Only got the arm rest cover on as I didn't have time for the door

those door latches you installed... are they the TRD ones? They believe it is a performance improvement modification. Always wanted to test that theory lol.

They are off a Lexus IS something or other...

They just happen to be Identical to the Celica's just with a cover...

I got these imported from the US for $15US Delivered. Here in Sydney, the local wrecker wanted $50... >.<

Another update,
Well, been an eventful week for me... Started on Monday with the rain guards, then Thursday I got to leave work early, so I decided to embark on my Spoiler installation.
Thursday at 4pm I started with removing my current spoiler:

1Before_zpsed047c75.jpg

The spoiler was easy to remove, but the 20 years of dirt needed persuasion...

3Dirt_zps39675cca.jpg

And for Thursday, that was the extent of the work:
5After_zpsb0eea94e.jpg

Getting all ready for Friday to begin the installation process, I got a call from my girlfriend; her grandma had just past away. So Thursday night at 11pm I sped to her house, and at 5:13am Friday morning we arrived back home. Exhausted and upset...
To get our mind off everything we went out to Cronulla once we woke up at 8am. Arrived back home, around 3pm and I decided I was going to put the spoiler on.
Had to use an old WiiMote rubber cover as a seal to to prevent the rusted clips on the riser blocks from scratching my paint... But in the end I got it on:

And that pretty much sums up this week...

these are the TRD ones I was talking about. See the description 'This kit pushes the door against the hinges when closed. This in turn stiffens the door assembly and the chassis and allows for better steering and handling response.'.... errrr I think what a load of sh!t lol

Toyota want $1100+tax to repair it... eff that haha (by repair I mean replace)

So anyway, tomorrow I will be off to replace the broken parts... The rotor is also broken :(

Dizzy got replaced, then had power issues... wooh for me...

Anyway, turned out the butterfly valve inside the throttle body was sticking 2/3 open and not allowing me to get power. (It was also causing my shifting problems).
Anyway, freed that up and everything is fine! Car has it's power back and the dizzy is working good!

So, Not much has been happening lately... I have been pretty broke and working my ***** off to afford rego and such next month. Thanksfully my work has paid off :)

On the weekend I will hopefully be installing some new speakers front and rear and mapping out where the sub will go in the boot, I am then going to be completing my flat floor install and sub install :)

So today I replaced all the speakers in the car and also put a new sub box in so I now also have a sub... wooh!

Started with a work area:
6653AC76-C620-4A76-B898-8C3977555339_zps

Cut out some wood and painted in black for the 8" - 6.5" adapter for the fronts.
1FEAAE81-DF1A-49EF-9F0D-4A0309BB1E40_zps

Then while the paint dried we used araldite to stick the Tweeters to the stock brackets:
1967797B-1697-47F4-B338-744BCDF91D41_zps
Since it is a crappy cold and wet day, we had some Kebabs for lunch as the glue and paint dried.

As we started testing the speakers and tweeters in the front this chilled guy appeared, he started watching us and we gave him some food.
DE7E19A3-9CFD-4BBC-89CF-47F97A39FCD2_zps
Came all the way into the garage too...

Also decided to sound deaden the back of the front speakers, and Sikaflex the wood to the plastic:
D7E9E0F7-3EB2-4D5F-BCEB-70E01692EBDC_zps

Got started on the rear of the car... Other that the annoying trim removal, the rear is way easier... No adapters needed:
1EC7D627-F002-48C1-B1A3-9AF9787CD240_zps

As we were tidying up, Crypt arrived and brought me a new (old) sub box and sub to play with. I removed the Sony one from the box, and put my Soundstream in. (My box doesn't fit under the strut bar). We wired her up and put it in the boot, firing upwards as the sub wont fit any other way. Speakers sound mad now, sub is also way deeper and no rattling like the last box.
Will get better photos later once the door cards are back in, next job is finding a decent drivers door card and putting the vincent_doggy leather on it ;)

Big thanks to crypt for providing the sub box and the speakers :)

He also repaired the usage marks on the drivers door and it too looks awesome! Now just to wait for a few more parts to arrive :D

And finally, found myself on google street view, only took two years since last year I was either working or at tafe when they passed lol:

Got my package from The_enD (On 6GC.net). The rear license plate bezel was installed straight away!
Before:

After:
2B65B66F-19C7-4E99-AC2B-A69D8B5A5321_zps

Unfortunately, and this is no fault of The_enD, but the Cluster Bezel broke a tab during transit... It actually appears that in transit something very heavy was put on top of my package, and caused a slight bend in the boxes... Anyway, such is life. I will have to do some modification to repair the tab or find a way to mount without it, but either way my goal is to have it on this weekend.
