Second Gen HiAce Mirrors

I'm curious about the rarity of these mirrors... I am getting them and was considering adapting them to a project (non-HiAce) but didn't want to mess with them if they could be useful to someone doing a resto...

Thanks,

mark

I am thinking of using them in my 1966 FJ45LV build (you can follow it on ih8mud.com if you like), which would require modifying them. But I am a purist generally and wouldn't want to destroy a part that someone looking to do a "correct" HiAce restoration would want and couldn't find elsewhere.

So I might decide to post these somewhere for sale if I discover that they are needed by a person like that. I AM NOT offering them for sale here, I'm just trying to learn about these.
