Got up to go to work the other morning and my 95 Tarago wouldn't start

It cranks over but wont fire

On investigation I lifter the cover under the passenger seat i found a cable with a connector hanging down not connected to anything and I cannot see where it could go

I went thought the OBD check and found the check engine light flashed 2 and then 1

From what I could find out this is an oxygen sensor

I believe the Tarago has 2 sensors on behind the Catalytic converter the other I'm not sure

Could this be my problem the hanging cable/plug goes into an Oxy sensor somewhere on the air intake side of the motor

Would the car not start with a faulty Oxygen sensor
