I need to replace the clutch in my Camry 2008 is there any difficulty, does the motor have to be removed.

If you have experience in this area, then it is fairly straight forward. I would not try this if I was a beginner and this was my only source of transport.

It can be done with the engine left in the car, but you may need to remove the engine mounts and transmission mounts to gain enough access. The engine will need to be supported by a jack or some other means.

I won't be a fun job.
