Wanting to know how change a headlight assembly on a 2005 Estima, do I have to take the front bumper off to do it or not?

There are two methods I've seen. 1 is to remove the wheel and lining inside the wheel arch, seems to much trouble to me. The second, and method I've used a number of times is to partially remove the front bumper. Remove: The bolts holding the headlight (that you can see). 3 bolts along the top of the bumper / grill, and 2 bolts down low, one on either side of the number plate. Then peel back the wheel arch lining, just where the front bumper joins the metal part of the wheel arch. There is a screw pointing upwards securing the plastic bumper to the metal panel. Remove this (one on each side). You can now gently pull out and down the top part of the bumper. You can then see the final bolt holding the headlight in place (again near the joint between the bumper and metal wheel arch panel. With this removed,  gently wriggle the headlight out until you have enough room to change the globe. All bolts are 10mm head. I know this sounds epic, but having done it a few times, I can now do mine, start to finish in about 15 to 20 minutes.
